Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment A rental reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a full payment of the total rental fee. Rental reservations without full payment will be listed as pending and is subject Payments can be made via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer]. 2. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking/pick-up. The security deposit will be held to cover any damages, missing parts, or excessive cleaning costs. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment in its original state, pending inspection of the equipment. If damages exceed the security deposit, the renter will be responsible for additional charges. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 3 days prior to the rental start date will receive a 100% refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days of the rental start date will not be eligible for a refund. In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged. 4. Pick-up and Return Equipment is to be returned within 24 hours of pick up time Late returns may incur additional $50 fee. 5. Renter Responsibilities The renter is responsible for maintaining the equipment in good condition. Any damages, The equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as received.
